Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CustomStocks ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Service Description

CustomStocks is a stock paper trading simulator for educational purposes. The App provides:

• Simulated stock trading with live market prices
• Portfolio tracking and performance analytics
• Educational content about stock trading
• Risk-free practice environment

This is NOT real trading. No real money or stocks are involved.

User Responsibilities

You Agree To:

• Use the App for educational purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Accept that market data may have delays or inaccuracies

You Acknowledge That:

• CustomStocks is NOT financial advice
• Past performance (simulated or real) does not predict future results
• Stock trading involves significant risk
• You should consult a financial advisor before real trading

Subscriptions

CustomStocks offers an optional auto-renewing CustomStocks Premium subscription that unlocks additional simulator features. On iPhone and iPad, payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and you can manage or cancel the subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. On Android, payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, and you can manage or cancel it anytime in Google Play under Subscriptions. On both platforms the subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase the subscription. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region.

The subscription unlocks simulator features only - it does not provide financial services, real trading, or financial advice.

We do not guarantee:

Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by CustomApps LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CustomStocks shall not be liable for any:

• Lost profits or trading losses
• Data loss or corruption
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
